screen resolution change on cubieez
« on: January 04, 2014, 02:22:30 pm »
i just installed Cubieez, Debian 7.1 ARMHF A20 version

i want to change the screen resolution can it be done on the terminal and be a permanent change or does it need doing elsewhere?

it was a miracle i managed to install this OS onto a sd card as i couldnt find a how to but from something else i tried i used SUSE image writer and renamed the image extention to .raw and bobs your uncle!

now i have 2 problems here and that is i will need to do this resolution change more than once because 1 tv is 1920 x 1080 and the other which i will be using it on after ive set everything up is 13xx x 768 (i think)

so how do i do it exactly?

im familiar with the terminal but i have only used commands from how to video's for other things so i need a straight forward "how to" please
