Hey guys,
i want to tunnel my vnc traffic through SSH from the windows ssh client PuTTy, but i doenst work and i dont know why.. in PuTTy i entered the internet adress for my cubie and i added a tunnel under SSH->Tunnels like that:
Source Port: 5900
Destination: 192.168.1.50:5900 (which i can access via tightvncviewer)
I can connect with PuTTy and in the Event Log i also can see "2014-10-14 15:53:41 Local port 5900 forwarding to 192.168.1.50:5900" but when i try to connect to "localhost" with tightvncviewer it says: "Status: connection established." but then nothing happens until the connection will be closed again...
In PuTTy event log i can see "2014-10-14 15:55:16 Forwarded connection refused by server: Connect failed [Connection timed out]" then..
The VNCserver is password protected, is that a problem ?
