Продолжу свой монолог....  обнаружил КЗ по линии 1.25в пришлось выпаять около 25 конденсаторов 0402 и виновник был найден - под процессором А20 был пробитый конденсатор. Кубитрек снова жив. Ура товарищи!

Микросхему AXP209 заменил. результата нет. Думаю что срабатывает защита на ней. Где копать?

Cubieboard v2 Images (A20 Based) / Create image (for nand) without SD from running SO

Hi!
I'm working on a project of a friend and they have about 300 boards for internal use in his company. These boards are custom-development based on cubieboard v2 (I guess) with 8Gb NAND and no SD-Card and nodisplay (thse boards are for data collectors and remote-accessed only).
The problem is that the company that build/developed this board and SO has quit and we need to update SO/software to latest version.
After looking for some solutions, I found that kernel 4.x doesn't support NAND, so I'm using Armbian Jessie (5.25) with legacy kernel 3.x and it's working. I have one board as 'model' and this onde has SD card slot, so I can test new apps and SO's. I also have managed to user 'nand-sata-install' to install current SO (running on SD card) to NAND successfull!
Now, I need to create and IMG to write direct on NAND of this boards, since all other 300 boards doesn't have SD Card. The 'original' and old image create by old company uses Phoenix suit to write to NAND. So my question is: how do I create a new .img (or any other type) image that I can burn into NAND flash directly? Is there any how-to?
If is need, I can use my 'model' board that has SD Card to save image or something like this.

Доброго времени суток. 

Сделал проект carpc. на базе кубитрека https://youtu.be/ZR5JZP4SOAk

Кубик проработал 2,5 года в авто без проблем и нареканий, но вчера решил сломаться.
Во время работы тупо пропала картинка и больше не включился.
При подключении питания или usb-otg загорается красный светодиод на секунду и гаснет. при нажатии ресет загорается и сразу гаснет...если зажать power- загорается и гаснет.
из контрольных точек напряжений на плате есть батарейка 2.7в(метка 3в) и 5.2в метка. остальных напряжений нет. В uart0 успевает выбросить только это:
HELLO! BOOT0 is starting! Boot0 version : 3.0.0 ... затем пропадает питание https://photos.app.goo.gl/iMZwarFcIn51ST8s1 - это после нажатий ресет.

Недели 2 назад подключил батарею Videx 2800mah с защитой. до этого стояла банка с ноута.

Для начала хочу попробовать заменить AXP209. Но похоже что она просто уходит в защиту.
Буду благодарен за любую помощь.

I know there have been discussions here in the past about 'bare metal programming'.

So I suggest you do some searching here and see what you find.

Also look at the sunxi uboot work for Cubies and see how that work is.  That is where much of the raw driver work is that then makes it available to theLinux kernels.
