Hello to all,

First i will thank each who has build on this image.
I have a stupid problem with internet.
No matter wat I try.

If I do ifconfig, i get nothing out, the preinstalled 192.168.1.24

Than I change that with:  ifconfig eth0 192.168.178.30 netmask 255.255.255.0 up

It comes back with that number.

Than I go to network settings and last used still gives never.
I don't know what to do.

Can anyone give a how to for stupids.
To solve mij problem.

Thanks in advance.

I am not using FTDI module, but direct USB connector and for this is needed cdc_acm module... Can you tell me please which kernel did you use (and if you can give me the source would be good) in order for me to recompile the kernel?

Thanks,
Andrei

Hi,

here is the next challenge...
I am trying to mount a network share from my Windows Homeserver via cifs, it doesnt work, because there is an error:
Quote
mount error: cifs filesystem not supported by the system
mount error(19): No such device

It seems that the kernel doesnt support the cifs filesystem.
Any solutions ?

Recompile the Kernel :P I could upload my .config as I've done with A10 version.

I meant, can you upload your .config file ?
I'll recompile the kernel with cifs support.

Regarding CDC_ACM module for USB connector in order to link the Arduino Due with Cubieboard: Can you please give me the link to the Kernel you've used and also the .config file for kernel for this version of A20 image?

It will help me a lot!

Thank you very much,
Andrei
