1) How to work with GPIO in Android on Cubieboard(A80)?
2) Is it possible to develop program in Cubieboard itself?

Pls help me out, i am new to this.

I am starting to look into this.  I am being helped along, as I also have a pcDuino Nano lite...

Try your favorite linux distro.

Install Arduino IDE 1.6.4

Go look at:

https://learn.adafruit.com/add-boards-arduino-v164/overview

See if you can add Cubie as a board and go from there, then share your progress/results.

Then a lot of us will start using the GPIO and other features!

I'm trying to figure out how to control GPIOs for the Cubietruck(A20) as well, but right now I'm totally stuck. I've found a concise tutorial https://abhinavgupta2812.wordpress.com/2013/08/27/configuring-the-gpio-and-uart-on-the-cubieboard/ but it only works with .bin/.fex files while my linux (mainline) version makes no use of that kind of files (it relies on .dts).

Have no idea how to progress right now..

I'm use cubieez (linux) in my cubieboard.
I used gpio-lib of library:  https://github.com/youyudehexie/node-cubieboard-gpio/tree/master/lib
It's work!
