I2C on Terminal

Hi every body
I am using cubieboard2 under wheezy os.
I have already done with gpio and uart in terminal and as new progress i want to run i2c in terminal without i2c-tools to , but i don't get some thing useful from the net.
Is there any body to help me ?

I have seen this tutorial before , but I am not using C , i am using java.
i just need run i2c in linux terminal without any additional program like i2c-tools.

i think it was bad idea to choose cubieboard , because there is no support
