Unable to change IP addres via /etc/network/interfaces.
« on: April 23, 2015, 08:11:39 am »
I need to change my static IP address. But whenever I make the changes to /etc/network/interfaces the values revert back when  I reboot.

Linux is  Linaro 13.04 (GNU/Linux 3.4.43+ armv7l)

I tried getting rid of network-manager which I assume is causing the problem, but even that keeps coming back

Network manager overrides you "interfaces" entries. You have to switch it of first, after that, it will surely work :) .
