cubieboard otg gadget g_ether

i am trying to connect cubieboard2 using otg (USB0) with PC as ethernet gadget.

there is no success so far.

i can see the "usb0" device in ifconfig, but i dont see any device on the linux PC connected to it.

i get following messages at boot up:
