How Can I speed up boot time for CB2?

I have a cb2, I want to speed up boot time in linux.
How Can I do that? I should this in kernel configuration or not?
Can you help me?

Generally speaking - you can speed up the boot process with:

- setting fixed ip address
- getting faster SD card
- choosing lightweight kernel / distro
- disabling unwanted services
Debian and Ubuntu images with kernel 3.4.110, 4.3.3, 4.4

How Can I disable dhcp client service and setting fixed IP?
