solution in raspbian whezzy (not android )

first you must install on cubie vncserver

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install vncserver

on putty you must know the ip adres off the cubie.....
type in terminal on raspbian
ifconfig
on eth 0, your ip start with 192.168.1.............

in windows you must install a brilliant prg called tightvnc .
open putty and put the cubie ip adress (in my case 192.168.1.60:22)-port 22
it will ask you for the name and pass
then you should start your vncserver with command on the terminal(on putty) vncserver
then go to win 7 ,open tightvnc viewer, put the ip gen 192.168.1.60:5901        note-vnc port is 5901
it will ask for your thightvnc password(maded when you install tightvnc on win7) .type it ....
your connected.......
you should change the dinamic ip of the cubie to static ip -much better ...........

ip static config
