eInk display for CB1 (3"+) with or without touch

Does somebody have any suggests on cheap eInk display which can be easily connected to CB1 ?

based on CB hardware, with large GPIO, USB host (4port hub will be super), audio i/o, uSD,
but this CB variant not exists yet :)

PS: it's for my linux wallclock prototype, want display not flashing in the night, color is not so required
to display time, calendar, weather, news, email headers and control internet radio & audioplayer

Got the same setup pretty much, only 8".  Works great, though I might wind up scavenging a capacitive touch and screen from a galaxy tab 3 shortly.  Resistive was too easy.  I really don't enjoy the simulated multitouch..............

Can you post a reference to that display please? I need a bigger e-paper display and 8" sounds good.
