Cubie playing some NeoGeo stuff (have filtering at 2x + lines)

No youtube for me, as i'm in mainland China, and our dear government doesn't allow heinous acts like viewing cat videos on youtube  :-[

BigWhoop

when you send me videos (in high res) i can upload it to youtube if you want.

Ontopic: do you have an tutorial for bringing this game to cubie?

ikeeki

AT LEAST¡¡¡¡ jajajja
When I saw the final add/videogame I thought it was the cubie too jajajajja.
I think that:

                    Good product+publicity+retrovintage+MKV+youtube=
Better sales+more support from the comunity.

Can you tell wich distro did you use? It's linaro, isn't?

Thanks.
And... so sorry for the problems with the cat thing...

lawrence

No, its Debian.

I have my own builds typically.

This is with Framebuffer, SDL compiled in, and GNGEO.
Resolution is 640x480, as thats the lowest HDMI can go.

I have a new arcade machine coming monday, as I do need a real arcade monitor for testing my  A10 based jamma board  (openjamma).

Coming soon  :D

The reason of the actual mundial crysis is because I stole toooo many coins from my mother's wallet when I was twelve, to play cadillacs and dinosaurs.
I have a private collection of roms... and the 2 jewells of the crown is "street fighter rainbow edition" and "Saint Dragon"

antonis greece

can you please upload the image of this (without roms i dont have problem) OR you can put detailed instructions how to do it?

It would be great.

Would also love this image as this is the only reason I bought a cubie and have yet to reach this point on my own. :(

I tried to cross compile gngeo 0.7 from  http://code.google.com/p/gngeo/ but no luck.  :'(

lawrence said he used

./config

make

make install

Or similar, but me no luck neither.
It would be neccesary to know the sources.

lawrence, we need more help.

BTW I think it runs over framebuffer, what may be a headache

Without further information like used sources / patches this thread has no sense.

It is easier than you think.

1 Make install gngeo in cubie, do not matter the source.
2 Fail.
3 Buy a rasp.
4 Change the hdmi cable and plug it to the rasp.
5 Install gngeo with the help of the rasp community.
6 Play.

drkbcn, than me in linux things you are far cleverer , you have to learn many things but, padawan my young.
