Rotate the screen to portrait mode (help)

Tell me how to properly rotate the screen 90 degrees on the platform Cubian?

Began to pick settings xorg.conf, but the file is not in the assembly of the OS, but there is a file 99 -sunxifb.conf

here its contents

Section "Device"
  Identifier "Sunxi FBDEV"
  Driver "fbturbo"
  Option "fbdev" "/ dev/fb0"
Option "Rotate" "CW" # rotation support for screen in driver. can do cw, etc
  Option "ShadowFB" "on"
  Option "HWCursor" "true"
  Option "DRI2" "true"
  Option "DRI2HWOverlay" "true"

Section "Screen"
  Identifier "Sunxi Screen"
  Device "Sunxi FBDEV"

After these settings, the screen rotates , but the cursor ( mouse ) remains the same and positioning too.

In linux work not so long ago and has not yet penetrated into all the details . At random , and gugleniya understand what still needs to position input device

Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "touchscreen" / / --- it is not clear what effect , and where to get
    Option "Device" "/ dev/input/event2" / / --- in my case event3
Driver "mtev" / / --- which driver handles mouse Cubieboard2 also can not understand / find
    Option "Rotation" " 1" / / --- unit . which is understandable

Since all the same to rotate the screen ?
