Don't worry about that because xvmc can't play videos at fullscreen resolution. I'm going to release XBMC binaries for A10, A20 and CT working smooth and without major problems this weekend  8)

GOOD NEWS!!!

does it play 720p? and 1080p?

720p runs fine with Twitch streaming addon and a 100MB connection. I'll test it further on saturday.

Just flash it to your SD and replace de script.bin with the attached one at the first post. I can't teach you about USB over IP, I've never used before.

has anyone tested the film reproduction? Why it can't get fullscreen?

If you don't want to wait for XBMC try this and let me know:

sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-sunximali
sudo usermod -a -G video cubie

Set Gnome Mplayer to use xv at Preferences.

Te quiero! :D I'll test it ASAP (maybe tomorrow night...) And I'll wait your xbmc!

Hi:

if you use linux, you can write it using the "dd" command:
sudo dd bs=1M image.raw of=dev/sdc

in windows i use http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/ for producing the SD

For Windows I use Win32DiskImager: http://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/

HDMI and 720p/60Hz are default values for the included script.bin file.

hi drkbcn, I've another question for you... i don't know if it's possible, but it could be great to know how did you do everything.

I mean, a documentation about how to create the debian base image, to compile the specific stuff, the kernel corrections etc.

I know that it could be a lot of work, but it could help a lot of people to know how to do the same and improve the community, but the leak of information...

But yes, thanks a lot for all, i'll take a look to your advances! Y tu blog siempre me ha encantado :D

hi,

Thank you to share your work, I would like to know if is it possible to switch off all the annoying  led.

Thank you.

beyond

Great Image, thanks for your work.

I have one problem though:

The partitions of the sd card get automatically mounted to /media on boot.
And it seems the same is being tried with my external hdd, but the hdd is encrypted and booting ends in a loop.
I have to unplug the hdd, then boot to login screen, then plug the hdd in to boot successfully.

How can I change this behavior?
