 i used this code

sudo dd if=/dev/nand conv=sync,noerror bs=64K | gzip -c -9 > /home/linaro/nand.ddimg.gz

solve

tanks to mahdi chi

lawrence

sudo dd if=/dev/nand conv=sync,noerror bs=64K | gzip -c -9 > /dev/sda/nand/nand.ddimg.gz

You solved it yourself already, but I thought I'd write why it didn't work.

The output folder /dev/sda/nand definitely does not exist, so thats why it failed.
Outputting to a folder that does exist would have worked.

eg

sudo dd if=/dev/nand conv=sync,noerror bs=64K | gzip -c -9 > /tmp/nand.ddimg.gz
